Blake was one of three partygoers who was inside an SUV when the intoxicated Lohan allegedly commandeered the vehicle to chase her former assistant, Tarin Grahame through the streets of Malibu, California.Blake managed to get out of the vehicle just before Lohan sped off, with his two pals, Dante Nigro and Jakon Sutter fearing for their lives inside. Blake’s foot was run over in his attempt to flee the vehicle. The three men have hired attorney Randall Billington to represent them as they consider legal action against Lohan. If the suit goes ahead, Blake will be seeking damages for his injuries, while Nigro and Sutter are considering pressing false imprisonment and stolen vehicle charges. Billington insists the trio should not be seen as opportunists looking to get rich quick from a celebrity. He says, “It was a surprise to them that the vehicle was taken without their permission. They were unable to remove themselves from the vehicle while it was traveling. They never expected to be in a car with Lohan.” After speeding the SUV through the streets of Malibu at a high rate of speed, Lohan allegedly went to Grahame’s home in Santa Monica, where she began a second chase with her former assistant’s mother, Michelle Peck. Peck called police to report that she was being chased and the authorities arrested Lohan in a parking lot a block away from a police station in Santa Monica.

Lindsay and her assistant ran into Nigro and his friends and the assistant said Lindsay wanted to invite them to a Malibu party that night. Dante says that he and his friends drove to the party. Dante and the assistant’s boyfriend were let in, but Sutter and Blake were rejected and stayed outside. Dante says Lindsay was never without a drink during the evening and he even did a shot with her. At one point, Lindsay’s assistant and her boyfriend walked outside and got into an argument. Lindsay came out and got angry at her assistant. The assistant then said, “I quit,” which enraged Lindsay. Ronnie says Lindsay looked “very messed up” and “raging.” Dante and his friends were ready to leave. At one point, she can be heard yelling: “Oh my God, what is he doing?” Lohan was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of drunken driving and cocaine possession, among other charges, after a high-speed chase through the Santa Monica area near Los Angeles. It was the second time in a month that Lohan has faced drunken-driving charges. Police arrested Lohan in a parking lot with two passengers in the back of the car that police said she was driving. The men who claimed to be inside with Lohan claimed that, during the chase, Lohan boasted she would not be arrested.”I can’t get into trouble. He also said Lohan told police she was not driving and instead blamed “the black kid,” referring to one of the other three people in the vehicle. Britney Spears’ bodyguard, Cesar Julio Camera, faces a battery charge after he scuffled with two men trying to photograph her and her young sons at a Las Vegas Strip Resort. Camera was accused of grabbing and punching one photographer and pushing another into a wall about at the spa at the Wynn Las Vegas Hotel-Casino. Camera was issued a misdemeanor battery summons after the scuffle. “No serious injuries resulted,” police said. Neither Spears, nor the children were reported to have been hurt.”There were no signs of injuries to her or the children, nor is she listed as a victim,” Las Vegas police Sgt. John Loretto said. “She is listed in police reports as a witness, along with one man and five other women.”The only person issued a citation was Ms. Spears’ private security guard, Mr. Camera,” Loretto said. Police said the scuffle, which was captured on security videotape, occurred after photographers Andrew Deetz and Kyle Henderson approached Spears and her entourage in a hallway and a hotel security guard told them to put their photo equipment away. Henderson allegedly bumped Camera, who was holding Spears’ son, Sean. Spears screamed, Camera “shouldered” Henderson against a wall, gave the child to Spears, and ran after Henderson and Deetz, according to police reports. Police said Camera punched Deetz, who showed officers a lump and abrasion on his forehead. Henderson was not reported to have been hurt. Loretto said he did not know when Camera was scheduled to respond to the summons. He could face up to six months in county jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.

Later, her bodyguard got in a fight with some paparazzi who were taking pictures of Spears at the hotel. The bodyguard, Cesar Julio Camera, allegedly attacked the photographers after one reportedly bumped into him as he was holding Spears’ older son. Camera is accused of beating the photographer while he was on the ground. Wynn Hotel personnel rushed to pull the bodyguard off him.A press release issued by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department says, “Britney also filed a crime report on behalf of her minor child.” In the report, Britney claims the photogographer “battered both Mr. Camera and Ms. Spears’ child, who was at that time being held by the security officer.” Metro police took statements from everyone and the management of the Wynn reportedly kicked Britney and everyone with her out of the hotel. The Wynn also issued a release stating Spears “elected to leave the resort of her own accord.” They had no comment beyond that. The Las Vegas police cited Spears’ bodyguard for beating the photographer from the Flynet agency. The photographer was treated for his injuries and more charges will likely be filed.

Nicole Richie will serve 4 days in jail for a DUI charge in which she drove the wrong way on the freeway. She had pleaded not guilty in February to a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. She nodded when asked if she understood terms of the plea agreement worked out between her lawyers and the prosecution. She was sentenced to four days in the City or County Jail (her choice). She got credit for a fifth day, for the six hours she served after being arrested. Richie was also fined $2,048, and was ordered back to school for 21 days to an alcohol education course. Richie must report to serve her time by September 28. Superior Court Commissioner Steven K. Lubell also gave Richie three years’ probation and warned that she would go to jail for a year if she violates it. She was ordered to enroll in the second-offender drug and alcohol program and must prove that she completed it by Feb. 20, 2008.”You are not to drive with any measurable amount of alcohol or drugs in your system,” Lubell told her. “You are not to drive without a driver’s license.”Lubell said the state Department of Motor Vehicles will decide whether to suspend her license.

Not only that, but the people who are inside, you know, they’re telling the stories of these celebrities. Signe Dupuy is considering filing suit against Lohan and her bodyguard Jazman Bennett after the bodyguard cut her vehicle off on a Los Angeles street, while attempting to follow Lohan.Dupuy claims Lindsay pulled an illegal U-turn in front of her, veering from the left southbound lane all the way over to the other side of the road. Lohan was in “a little black sports car.”Then, says Dupuy, a black SUV driven by Bennett cut her off, slicing in from the next lane, then her car hit the SUV’s back wheel.Lohan stopped and glared at her, claims Dupuy, before driving off. Dupuy recalls Bennett being “hostile” and trying “to intimidate” her as she attempted to take his name, license number and insurance details, which she claims he lied about.Dupuy says he gave her the fake name “James Clark” and a fake number, which she says was confirmed by Bennet’s insurance adjuster. Days after the collision, Dupuy wrote a letter to Lohan’s rep trying to “settle the situation,” but says she hasn’t heard back. Lohan’s rep says she did get the letter but “filed it away,” adding “I assumed the letter was sent to Lindsay’s lawyers . That’s what they’re paid for.”

John Travolta is suing the owners of the airport outside his exclusive “fly-in” community, claiming they lied to the Federal Aviation Administration to keep him from landing his Boeing 707 there. In the federal lawsuit, Travolta claims Greystone Airport owners James and Christine Garemore falsely changed the airport master record in 2006 to indicate that it could not support large airplanes. Travolta has a home at the Jumbolair Aviation Estates in Ocala, Florida and wanted to fly his Boeing 707 there. The lawsuit is seeking an injunction requiring the Garemores to immediately withdraw the 2006 report and authorize flights with the airport master record as it existed before. It also seeks to nullify the report because of false or misleading information to the FAA and to prohibit “future baseless filings.”"The runway is not suitable for heavy aircraft. It is cracking and breaking,” James Garemore said. “They are bringing this lawsuit against me, and all I was doing was trying to maintain safety here.” Michael J. McDermott, Travolta’s attorney, said Garemore’s comments about the runway not being safe for large airplanes is incorrect.”It’s spin in order to cover his butt because he knows that he is in big trouble for doing what he did, and we intend to establish that,” McDermott said. Travolta built an $8 million home in Ocala and has continually used the runway without incident, the lawsuit said. It also claims Travolta was assured he would be able to use the airport.

Lindsay Lohan’s father has just called off his custody battle with his estranged wife Dina to concentrate on helping Lindsay with her alcohol and drug problems. Michael Lohan, who was recently released from a two-year prison sentence, feels partly to blame for his daughter’s drug and alcohol problems. He was stunned by news that she was once again arrested on drink driving and cocaine possession charges. All Michael Lohan wants to do is help his desperate daughter: “I want to withdraw everything, court wise, sit down with my estranged wife Dina, as Lindsay’s parents, and figure out how to help her. Lindsay can’t do this on her own. When we were together, none of this was happening.” Lohan fears his public feud with his estranged wife is partly to blame for his daughter’s problems. A judge ordered Michael and Dina to see a family therapist as part of an ongoing custody war over their two youngest children. The couple was also ordered to stop speaking negatively of each other in front of their kids and undergo counseling at the most recent hearing.
